New, innovative boarding procedure on Ted gets you on and off your plane faster
TedSM is introducing a new, faster way to board and deplane.
We are excited to announce that Ted will become the first airline to operate the fully automated, over-the-wing, dual-end jet bridge—an industry-leading loading bridge that enables passengers to board and exit simultaneously from the front and rear doors on all Ted aircraft.
This system will cut the time to deplane the aircraft in half.
The dual-end bridge system will be used initially on Concourse B at the Denver International Airport. Five bridge systems will be installed in 2006, with future systems planned throughout the Ted network in 2007 and beyond.
Ted provides expanded service to Mexico.
When you want to get away on a tropical retreat, look to Ted. Currently, Ted offers you 91 flights a week from our five hub cities—Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington, D.C.—to destinations in Mexico:
- Cancun
- Los Cabos
- Puerto Vallarta
And there are plans to add even more flights in the future.
