This instant win game ("Game") is intended for viewing and participation in the (50) fifty United States and the District of Columbia ("U.S.") only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. Do not play this game unless you are (i) a legal U.S. resident located in the U.S., and (ii) 18 years of age or older. The Game begins at 12:01:01 AM Central Standard Time ("CT") on or about 8/16/2006 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on 10/31/2006 (the "Promotion Period"). Promotion void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and where prohibited or where restricted by law.
1.TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GAME WITH A GAME PIECE: Look for the Official Game Piece inside the specially marked mail piece from Chase Bank USA, N.A. ("Sponsor") inviting you to participate ("Game Piece"). Go to the URL noted in the mail piece where you will be instructed to enter the Invitation Number found in your mail piece. Next, complete the registration information by entering your name, zip code. You will then be prompted to use your Game Piece to find your hidden code by holding the Game Piece up to the blue box on your computer screen. At that point, your hidden code will be revealed on the screen. Enter the hidden code where indicated and while your code is processing, review a brief Sponsor advertisement. After the advertisement, you will find out if you are a potential winner. If you receive a winning Game Page, you must verify your personal information online by confirming the information you entered on the registration page as well as providing your daytime telephone number and email address. All Game Pieces must be played by 11:59:59 PM CT on 10/31/2006. Limit one Game play per person during the Promotion Period. Game Pieces may not be transferred.
2. TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GAME WITHOUT A GAME PIECE: Look for an e-mail with a special invitation from Chase Bank USA, N.A. inviting you to participate. Go to the URL noted in the invitation e-mail. Once on the Game site, you will be instructed to complete the registration information by entering your name, zip code and email address. You will then be prompted to find your hidden code by moving the onscreen Game Piece over the blue box on your computer screen. At that point, your hidden code will be revealed on the screen. Enter the hidden code where indicated and while your code is processing, review a brief Sponsor advertisement. After the advertisement, you will find out if you are a potential winner. If you receive a winning Game Page, you must verify your personal information online by confirming the information you entered on the registration page as well as providing your daytime telephone number and email address. All Game plays must be played by 11:59:59 PM CT on 10/31/2006. Limit one Game play per invitation during the Promotion Period.
3. TO CLAIM THE PRIZE: If you are the potential Grand Prize winner, the Administrator (Communifax Corporation) will send you an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and where legally permitted, a Publicity Release (together, "Affidavit"), via certified U.S. mail to the mailing address you provided with your entry. Within 14 calendar days of the date when the Administrator mailed the Affidavit to you, you must return the signed and notarized Affidavit to the Administrator at P.O. Box 1885, Cranberry Twp, PA 16066. It is recommended that you retain a photocopy of the Affidavit for your records. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, illegible, postage due mail and/or prize claims.
All prize claims are subject to verification. If your completed Affidavit is not received within 14 calendar days of the date when the Administrator mailed the Affidavit to you, the prize will be forfeited. Affidavit submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. If by reason of a printing, computer, technological or other error, the number of prizes claimed is greater than the number of prizes listed at any level in these Official Rules, all persons making valid and verified claims will be included in a random drawing to award the listed number of prizes available at that prize level. No more than the advertised number of prizes (as listed in these Official Rules) will be awarded. Judges' decisions, including with respect to verification of winner, are final and binding in all matters and in all respects. Prize will only be awarded to verified winner.
4. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: No Purchase Necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. You are not yet a winner. Game ends at 11:59:59 PM (CT) on 10/31/2006. Prize/Approximate Retail Value (ARV)/Odds (unclaimed/unredeemed prize will not be awarded):
(1) Grand Prize - $20,000 (to be awarded in the form of a check to the winner), 1:900,000. Total prize value: $20,000.

4. GENERAL: Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies (including Administrator), as well as their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor is not responsible for Game Invitations that are inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, tampered with, lost, late, interrupted, deleted, defective, stolen, destroyed, altered, misdirected, non-delivered, delayed or misrouted.
All federal, state and local taxes, and any other fees or costs associated with prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to the use of his/her name, likeness and/or biographical information by Sponsor, or those authorized by Sponsor, for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. In the event a Prize winner is less than the age of majority in his/her state of residence, all required documents must be signed by the winner's parent or legal guardian on behalf of the Prize winner.
By participating in the Game, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. By entering, each participant agrees to release Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, and advertising and promotion agencies (including Administrator) and the respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders and agents of all of the foregoing entities ("Released Parties") from any and all liability, loss, damage or injuries of any kind sustained in connection with his/her participation in the Game or from his/her acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize.
Participants must provide a valid email address. In the event of a dispute, any online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrants may not participate with multiple e-mail addresses, nor may entrants use any device or artifice to play multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any entrant who attempts to play with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identifies or uses any other device or artifice to play multiple times will be disqualified from participation in the Game and all game plays by that entrant will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor is also not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Game or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Game. In addition, Sponsor is not responsible for failed, incomplete, delayed, garbled, misdirected or misrouted electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Game. Sponsor is also not responsible for any damage to a participant's system which is occasioned by participating in this Game or by downloading any information necessary to participate in this Game. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion should a virus, bugs or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Game. In the event of early termination, the prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all persons who were sent a specially marked mail piece or special Game email by the Sponsor inviting them to participate.
Sponsor is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or Game Pieces. Entries that have been tampered with are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant that the Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, has threatened the operation of this Game or Sponsor's website, or violates these Official Rules. Any dispute or claim arising out of the play of this Game, or any disputes with site users which arise as a result of the use of Sponsor's website, shall be resolved in the U.S. and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any such claim shall be brought and maintained in the federal or state courts of the State of Delaware. If any provisions of these Official Rules are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event of non-compliance with the Official Rules, if winner cannot be reached at the address on the winner's entry, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law.
